Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Ceramic Auto Detailers.

This Limited Warranty applies to treatments performed by Ceramic Auto Detailers, using Kisho and CarPro Cquartz  auto detailing products.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under recommended use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, Ceramic Auto Detailers will repair, at no charge, treatment areas that prove defective because of improper material application or workmanship, under recommended use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems that are only proved as defective, as per above

Ceramic Auto Detailers will redo and repair the defective area at no charge.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for treatments, from the date of application, is as follows:

Ceramic Auto Detailers offers a warranty on the single coats of  Kisho Si701 and Kisho Si811, of 3 years.

Ceramic Auto Detailers offers a warranty on the single coat of Kisho Si901, of 5 years.

Ceramic Auto Detailers offers a warranty on the two coat treatment, one being Kisho Si701 and the other being Si901, of 7 years.

Ceramic Auto Detailers offers a warranty on the CarPro Cquartz ceramic coating , of 2 years

A repair assumes the remaining warranty or 180 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is the longest.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material, in other words, damage as a result of not following recommended use and incorrect maintenance methods from time of treatment.

Recommended maintenance procedures:

• Use a specially designed maintenance shampoo, or a PH neutral balanced shampoo without wax or polish ingredients, to wash the vehicle. These will not contaminate the car’s coating.

• Use high-quality microfibre wash mitts and cloths to wash and dry the vehicle.

• Do not wash the vehicle at a machine car wash.

• Remove damaging substances like bird droppings, tar and tree sap, etc immediately.

• Avoid using abrasive towels such as terry cloths and chamois.

• Avoid aggressive washing, rubbing or wiping

• Avoid letting the car sit dirty for a long time.
